Recorder Pro is designed with privacy in mind.

  • No account or login is required.
  • We do not collect personal information.
  • We do not collect or store your voice recordings on our servers.
  • We do not track your conversations or recordings.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

All recordings remain under your control.

Voice Recordings

Recorder Pro allows you to create and manage voice recordings on your device.

  • Voice recordings are stored locally on your device.
  • If you enable iCloud Sync, your recordings are synchronized through your personal iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud services.
  • We do not have access to your iCloud data or recordings.
  • We do not upload recordings to any servers operated by Recorder Pro.

iCloud Sync

Recorder Pro supports optional iCloud synchronization.

When enabled:

  • Your recordings are securely stored in your personal iCloud account.
  • Synchronization is provided entirely by Apple.
  • Your iCloud data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms of Service.

Permissions

Recorder Pro may request the following permissions:

Microphone

  • Required to record voice memos.

Files / iCloud

  • Required only if you choose to sync recordings with iCloud.

No permission is used for advertising or tracking.

Analytics

Recorder Pro does not collect analytics related to your recordings or personal content.

If anonymous crash reports are enabled through Apple (such as App Store crash diagnostics), Apple may provide anonymized technical information to help improve app stability. This information does not include your recordings.

Third-Party Services

Recorder Pro uses Apple’s system services, including:

  • iCloud (optional, if enabled by the user)
  • Apple operating system services required for recording and file synchronization

Recorder Pro does not use third-party advertising networks.

Data Security

Because your recordings remain on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you maintain control over your data.

We do not maintain servers that store your recordings.

Recorder Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Since Recorder Pro does not collect or store your personal information, there is no personal data held by us to access, modify, or delete.
